3. Billing and Renewals

Subscription billing terms:

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly on the same date you initially subscribed
  • Automatic renewal occurs unless cancelled before the next billing cycle
  • Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
  • Failed payments will result in service suspension after 7 days

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Cancellation can be done through your account settings
  • Service continues until the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds for unused portions of the billing period
  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time

5. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues preventing service access for more than 48 hours
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Service cancellation within 7 days of initial purchase
  • Failure to deliver promised features or functionality

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge. Processing time is typically 5-10 business days.

Promotional pricing and discounts:
